Mr. Marijanovic leads Tech+IP’s enterprise valuation team.

Before joining Tech+IP, Mr. Marijanovic worked as a Senior Financial Advisor at BISP, an exclusive consultant team for Houlihan Lokey’s Tech+IP Group. He also spent time as an Executive Officer at asset management company SIB-AR Invest. Over the course of his 10 years at SIB-AR Invest, Mr. Marijanovic worked on investment valuations, investment fund accounting, and risk management. Mr. Marijanovic’s main areas of expertise include portfolio management and enterprise valuation.

Other experiences of Mr. Marijanovic include investment analyst at Public Utility Company Elektroprivreda B&H. While there, he worked on financial feasibility appraisals for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

Bojan is CFA charter holder and investment advisor/manager in Bosnia & Herzegovina. He holds a graduate degree in Economics from the University of Sarajevo and an undergraduate degree in Object-Oriented and Database Programming from Loyola University Chicago.
